Alex has a Masters degree in Finance and Accounting from UTS and substantial experience in major financial institutions including Perpetual, Coopers & Lybrand (which has since merged successfully to form Price Waterhouse Coopers), and Hambros Investment Bank. Alex therefore has impressive insight and knowledge into the operations of a business and can tailor client-specific strategies to achieve the most profitable outcomes.

Sam Manikis (Senior-Paralegal)applies seven years of conveyancing experience to help buyers and sellers negotiate the intricacies of the statutory framework governing the purchase and sale of real estate and businesses. Sam has, through his practical experience in the field, produced effective strategies to troubleshoot problems that can arise from property transactions.
